环境经济综合核算体系研究

Research on accounting system of environmental economy

对联合国国民经济核算体系 ,即SNA中心框架和附属卫星帐户框架进行了全面的分析 ;对将环境资源因素与经济活动联系起来的环境经济核算帐户SEEA的结构、要素以及估价方法进行了探讨 ;并对SEEA中存在的不足 ,提出了若干完善的建议 ,以期进一步深化对环境资源核算的研究 。

The paper comprehensively analyses the System of National Accounting and adjunctive satellite accounting made up by United Nations.The paper studies on structure,elements and evaluation methods of the System of Ecological and Economic Accounting,which links environmental resources with economic actions.In order to offer the accounting framework and give the way supported by data for sustainable development,the paper puts forward several suggestions to perfect the System of Ecological and Economic Accounting.
