摘要
采用免疫组织化学ABC法比较NGF ,BDNF在成年大鼠大脑皮质的分布 .结果 ,NGF ,BDNF样免疫阳性反应物均见于大鼠大脑皮质第 3,5层的锥体细胞 .NGF者主要分布于第三层 ,第五层相对少 .阳性反应物位于核周质 ,而BDNF者主要分布于第五层 ,除神经元胞体染色外 ,主树突亦有明显阳性反应 ,但两者各有侧重 .结果表明 ,在大脑皮质存在NGF ,BDNF ,但两者的分布有差异 ,提示NGF 。
The comparison of the distribution of NGF and BDNF in cerebral cortex of adult rat was studied using specific antiserum of NGF and BDNF by immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed that the NGF-like immunoreactive neurons were distributed in the third layer more than in the fifth layer in cerebral cortex, while those of BDNF were mainly distributed in the fifth layer. In addition, a lot of positive neurites derived from neurons were observed in cerebral cortex, especially involving in BDNF. Our results demonstrated that NGF and BDNF expressed in cerebral cortex and their role may be related to the physiological process of neurons of cerebral cortex.
