摘要
脉络膜脱离在临床上并不少见,应用超声显象后诊断率更有提高。现将我院1987年1月至1989年1月超声探测脉络膜脱离75例的体会报告如下。对象与方法脉络膜脱离75例,共76眼,其中58例是本院门诊病人,17例是住院病人。男性51例,女性24例。年龄7～80岁。病种分布以原发性视网膜脱离伴脉络膜脱离最多,为45例。手术后脉络膜脱离22例(23眼),其中视网膜脱离术后7例,青光眼术后6例(7眼),白内障术后6例,异物术后2例,角膜移植术后1例。眼外伤所致脉络膜脱离7例,玻璃体积血伴脉络膜脱离1例。
75 cases(76 eyes)of characteristic sector ultrasonograph of choroidaldetachment are reported in this article.Its major manifastation includesone or several semisperical white band or lobuler circle white band.Thereare echo free area,and no choroidal excavation and retrobulbar acousticattenuation.Most of the semispherical white bands are located in the areabetween ora serrata and equator,a few of them are beyond equatorwithout involving posterior pole or optic disc.The gain of the instumentmust be ineresed,otherwise the image of pathological changes will disappera.The relation between ultrasonograph of choroidal detachment andocular structure,and the differential diagnosis of choroidal detachment,retinal detachment and ehoroidal melanoma were also analysed.
