摘要
探讨脉冲Nd :YAG激光与氟化钠联合应用后对牙本质小管的封闭作用 .选择 2 4颗健康恒双尖牙建立牙本质敏感模型 ,随机分为 6组 (A ,B ,C ,D ,E ,F组 ) .每组 4个牙 ,A ,B ,C ,D组均用 75 %NaF糊剂涂擦 ;B组再用电动牙刷刷洗 ;C ,D组再用脉冲Nd :YAG激光照射 ;D组激光照射后再用电动牙刷刷洗 ;E组仅用脉冲Nd :YAG激光照射 ;F组为空白对照组 .SEM观察牙本质小管形貌特征及微细形态学分析 .结果表明 :传统的药物涂抹氟化钠的方法易受机械性刷洗的影响 ,不能持久保留对小管的封闭效果 .75 %氟化钠与激光联合应用具有良好的阻塞封闭牙本质小管的作用 ,效果优于单用激光处理 ,或单用氟化物处理 .
This research studied the combined effect of sodium fluoride and laser irradiation on human dentinal tubules. The models of dentin hypersensitivity were made on the 24 fresh bicuspids. Samples were randomly divided into 6 groups ( n =4). Groups A, B, C and D were brushed by 75% NaF paste for 2 minutes, group B was brushed by an electrical toothbrush for 30?minutes ; groups C and D were lasered by 50?mj of Nd:YAG laser, 10?pulses/s for 2?minutes by light painting; then group D was brushed by an electrical toothbrush for 30?minutes; group E was only lasered by the same parameter , whereas group F served as a control. The conditions and alterations of dentin tubule orifices were observed by SEM and analysed by morphometry. Results: the traditional method by pastered NaF was influenced by mechanical brushing, and the effect of tubule occlusion worked in the short-term; the dentinal tubule orifices were more effectively occluded by 75%NaF paste combined with Nd:YAG laser irradiation than laser irradiation only, and mechanical brushing was endurable on combined occluding method.
