Under different air pressure, the UV laser interaction with optical glass K9 is experimentally studied with a 10J, 40ns high power XeCl excimer laser. The reflected laser waveforms on target are measured and analyzed in the experiments. The results show that air pressure has great influences on the formation and evolution of plasma.
