可携式荧光素钠气溶胶发生器样机研制 被引量:2

摘要 荧光素钠法是高效粒子空气过滤器现场试验的重要方法之一 ,荧光素钠气溶胶发生器是该方法的核心设备。本文介绍了我们研制的一台可携式荧光素钠气溶胶发生器样机的结构、性能测试方法和技术指标 ,以及该样机与两台法国产发生器的对比测试结果。样机的平均质量发生速率 32 .9mg/ h,质量中值直径 0 .2 2 μm,几何标准差 1.5 8,在平均发生速率时对风量不超过 15 0 0 0 0 m3 / h的过滤系统的可测过滤效率不低于 99.99%。样机的重量为 2 5 kg,便于核设施通风过滤系统的现场试验。 A portable sodium fluorescence aerosol generator has been developed. It′s a key equipment for in situ testing of HEPA filters using sodium fluorescence method. The structure and technical specifications of the model generator are presented, along with its performance testing methods. The performance comparison result of the model with two French made generators is also presented. The self made generator has performances as follows: the average mass generating rate is 32.9 mg/h, mass median diameter of the particles 0.22 μm and geometric standard deviation 1.58. The filtration efficiency up to 99.99% can be a chieved flow rate of ventilation system is less than 150 000 m 3/h. The portable model weight 25 kg, which is conventent for in situ testing. (
