摘要 采用热压方式进行氧化铝陶瓷材料的扩散连接 ,并深入探讨了其连接机理 .结果表明 :采用适当的连接工艺 ,可使此种材料产生塑性形变 ,接触面积增加 ,空洞收缩和闭合 ,扩散进行充分 .14 2 0℃ ,15MPa热压 6 0min条件下 ,获得的最高强度为 35 7MPa ,超过母材强度 ;平均连接强度为 2 5 0MPa ,是母材平均强度的 85 % The diffusion bonding of alumina ceramics was carried out by a hot_pressing method. Under the suitable condition, plastic deformation at the bonding interface happened, the contact area increased, and the diffusion bonding was completed with the pores at the bonding interface being eliminated or significantly reduced. The maximum bonding strength obtained at room temperature is 357 MPa with the hot pressing parameters of 1 420 ℃, 15 MPa and 60 min, which exceeded the average flexural strength of the original body. The average bonding strength under the conditions is 250 MPa, which is 85% of the average flexural strength of the original body.
