摘要
对Pb1 -xSrx(Mn1 /3Sb2 /3) aZrbTicO3+0 .2 % (质量分数 )CeO2 (PMS -PZ -PT)三元系压电陶瓷的烧结温度 ( 115 0~ 12 2 5℃ )和Sr2 + 取代量(摩尔分数 0~ 8% )进行了系统研究 .通过XRD图谱计算的晶格参数说明Sr2 + 取代Pb2 + 后 ,晶胞更趋于各向同性且产生收缩 ,从而改善样品的性能 .实验结果表明 :当x =0 .0 2时 ,在 12 0 0℃ ,2h条件下烧结 ,能获得优良的综合性能 :εr=14 6 1,tanδ =0 .0 0 3 8,Kp=0 .6 3,Qm=132 1,d33 =40 9× 10 - 1 2 C·N- 1 。
Piezoelectric lead manganese antimony (PMS)-lead zirconate (PZ)-lead titanate (PT) ternary ceramics with various substituting rates of SrCO 3 from 0 to 8% in mole were prepared by traditional method. The range of the sintering temperature was from 1 150 to 1 225 ℃. The parameters of dielectric constant ε r, K p, Q m and d 33 are described as a function of the sintering temperature. The lattice parameters determined by XRD indicate that the unit cell shrinkes and become more isotropic with the increasing of Sr 2+ substituting rate, which contribute to the improvement of ε r, K p, Q m and d 33 . The optimized results of ε r =1 461, tan δ =0.003 8, K p=0.63, Q m=1 321, d 33 =409×10 -12 C·N -1 are obtained at the composition containing 2% Sr 2+ in mole sintered at 1 200 ℃. It indicates that this ternary ceramic can be used in high power devices such as piezoelectric actuator and ultrasonic motor.
