摘要 为了对玻璃钢抽油杆的缺陷准确定位 ,防止缺陷漏检 ,同时降低检测仪器的成本 ,对检测系统的组成进行了优化 .在分析检测系统的信号源频率、探头形式以及探头位置对缺陷检测的影响的基础上 ,得出微波无损检测系统的优化方案 :微波信号源频率采用 36.75 GHz;4个探头空间相互垂直 ,2个平面布置且发射探头均采用距离被测试件 1~ 5 mm;2个穿透接收探头中 ,1个距离被测试件 1~ 2 0 mm,另 1个距离被测试件 80~ 1 40 In order to avoid undetecting some flaws in the sucker rods, the microwave nondestructive examination system for them should be optimized. On the basis of analyzing the influences of the frequency of signal source, the form of sensors and the distance of sensors from tested piece on examination result, the optimal plan of the system is drawn: the signal source frequency is 36.75GHz; four sensors are used, they are arranged in two planes and are vertical each other; the distance between two emitting sensors and the tested piece is 1~5mm; of two penetrable receiving sensors, one is 1~20mm from the tested piece, and the other is 80~140mm from it.
