摘要
研究了十二烷基三甲基溴化铵 (DTAB) -月桂酸钠 (SL)组成的表面活性剂双水相 (ASTP)的性质及维生素 (B12 )在其中的分配规律。结果表明 ,在富含正离子表面活性剂的ASTP(ASTP -C)中 ,DTAB的上相浓度高于下相 ,在富含负离子的表面活性剂ASTP(ASTP -A)中 ,SL的上相浓度高于下相。随着B12 浓度的增加 ,在ASTP -C体系中B12 的分配系数 (Kd)和萃取率 (Y)均增加 ,但在ASTP -A体系中B12 的Kd
The distribution of Vitamin B 12 in Aqueous Surfactant Two Phases(ASTP) consisting of Dodecyltrimethylammonium Bromide(DTAB) and Sodium Laurate(SL) has been studied. The result shows that concentration of DTAB is higher in upper phase than in lower phase in ASTP when cationic is in excess(ASTP-C), while the concentration of SL is higher in upper phase than in lower phase in ASTP when anionics is in excess(ASTP-A). The concentration of B 12 , the bigger distribution coefficient(K d) and single extraction yield(Y)in ASTP-C are increased, but the K d and Y in ASTP-A are decreased.
