摘要
对机床的动态特性进行了分析。在车床主轴上设置电流变液阻尼器 ,利用电流变液的快速、可逆固液化和易控的特点 ,并采用振幅实时控制 ,机床的抗振性能可望提高一个数量级。
Dynamic characteristics of machine tool are analysed. An ERF damper is installed on the driving shaft of NC lathe. To make use of such traits of ERF as rapidity,reversible solidification and easy controlling and to carry out the process control over the vibration amplitude of the driving shaft,chatter resistance of the NC lathe is expected to be increased by 10 times.
