摘要
利用粘度法研究了添加剂对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM)水溶液的高温稳定作用 ,发现一般的胺类和硫化物添加剂对 HPAM水溶液的稳定作用不显著。然而硫脲和二价钴离子对 HPAM水溶液有明显的稳定作用 ,而且二者的复合物对 HPAM水溶液的高温稳定作用有突出的超加和作用 ,是一类高效的 HPAM水溶液的高温稳定剂。
The stabilization of different additives on aqueous solution of HPAM at high temperature was studied by viscosimetry. Experimental results indicate stabilization of ordinary amines and sulfur compounds on the aqueous solution of HPAM is not obvious. However, the thiourea and Co 2+ salt exhibit remarkable stabilization effect on the aqueous solutioa of HPAM, furthermore, the outstanding synergistic stabilization of thiourea and Co 2+ salt combination for HPAM was firstly found. It may be developed to a kind of efficient stabilizer for HPAM, and their mechanisms were also discussed.
