γ辐射及退火MgAl_2O_4透明陶瓷光谱特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文用不同剂量的γ射线辐照镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷 ,并对辐照后的样品进行等时退火 ,UV VIS和FI IR测试表明 ,辐照前 336 0cm-1处有吸收峰 ,它是由V-1OH 心吸收引起的。经γ辐射 ,样品在 370nm处产生吸收带 ,它是由辐照产生的V型色心吸收引起的。通过退火可以使V型色心吸收带消除。结果表明 :较低剂量的γ辐照能降低陶瓷紫外到红外的透过率 ;大剂量的γ辐照能在陶瓷中产生退火效应 。 Transparent MgAl 2O 4 ceramics were exposed to 60 Co γ rays with dose from 0.1kGy to 3500kGy.After irradiation,the samples have been annealed isochronally.The optical spectra have been studied by UV VIS and FT IR.Before irradiation there is an absorption peak at 3360cm -1 which is induced by the V -1 OH center. γ rays irradiated MgAl 2O 4 ceramics produced a broad optical absorption band centered at 370nm which is due to V type color centers absorption.This absorption band caused by V type color centers can be destroyed by annealing process.The results show that the γ rays with low dose decrease transmittance of the samples from ultra violet to infrared region.With the raise of the dose,there was a thermal effect which conduced to increase the infrared transmittance of the samples.
