等温淬火工艺对球铁力学性能的影响

The influences of austempering process on the mechanical properties of nodular graphite cast iron

从标准梅花形试块制取试样 ,进行系列等温淬火工艺 ,观察金相组织 ,测定试样力学性能 ,分析各编组等温淬火工艺对力学性能的影响 。

A series of austempering process are used to the clover leaf specimens of the nodular graphite cast iron obtained from general casting conditions. The metallographic structures are observed, the mechanical properties are examined, and the influences of different austempering processes on the mechanical properties are analyzed. Finally a feasible heat treatment process of austempering is determined.
