摘要
以 2 -乙基己醇和氢氧化钠为原料 ,经常压催化脱氢合成了 2 -乙基己酸。通过正交实验考察了影响反应的因素 ,如物料配比、反应温度及时间、催化剂的用量等 ,并确立了较佳的工艺条件。最佳工艺条件是 :物料配比为n(2 -乙基己醇 )∶n(氢氧化钠 ) =1.2∶1、反应最高温度 2 0 0℃、反应时间 4h、催化剂的用量是 2 -乙基己醇质量的 3% ,在最佳工艺条件下产品收率约为 70 %。所得产品经红外光谱分析 ,与标准谱图一致 ,可确认上述产品为目的化合物。与传统方法相比 ,该工艺具有原料来源可靠、反应选择性高、不产生大量三废 。
ethylhexanoic acid was prepared by 2-ethylhexanol and sodium hydroxide as raw material in the presence of alkali-earth metal catalyst.Conditions of four reactions are optimizated with orthogonal experiment, which are as follows: molecular ratio of 2-ethylhexanol to sodium hydroxide:1.2∶1;temperature:200 ℃;reaction time: 4 h.Under above conditions, the yield of product is over 70%. IR analysis proved that the product is identical with the standard one. This techniques consists of a serier of advantages, for example, the source of raw materials is of credibility, and the reaction selectivity is high, and at the same time it will not produce a lot of wastes to pollute the air, what's more,it is easy for us to achieve industrialization open up.
