摘要
通过测定降凝剂处理前后原油的凝点和表观粘度 ,研究了降凝剂降凝效果的影响因素。实验考察了两种不同性质的原油———辽河油和一种混合油对几种降凝剂的感受性 ,选择出合适的降凝剂。对于一定的原油 ,当降凝剂选定后 ,降凝效果主要取决于处理条件。通过降凝剂不同加入温度、降凝剂不同注入量对原油低温流动性的影响 ,得到降凝剂最佳处理条件。结果表明 ,在现有的几种降凝剂中 ,丙烯酸C18醇酯 -马来酸酐共聚物对辽河油降凝效果最为显著 ,苯乙烯 -马来酸C2 2 -2 4 混醇酯共聚物对混合油降凝效果最为显著 ;现有降凝剂合理复配对原油降凝效果会有显著改善 ;降凝剂加入温度有一个最佳值 ;当降凝剂加入量达到一定值后 。
The effect factors of pour depressant were researched through measuring the pour point and apparent viscosity of crude oil before and after pour depressant was treated. In the experiment, two different crude oils-Liaohe crude oil and a kind of mixed crude oil were treated by several pour depressants so that a proper depressant could be selected. For one kind of crude oil, the effect of depressant is decided by different treatment conditionts, such as temperature,the amount of pour depressant. As a result, for Liaohe oil, the effect of acrylic acid C 18 alcohol ester-maleic anhydride is the most obvious, and for mixed oil, the best pour depressant is styrene-maleic acid C 22-24 mixed alcohol ester multipolymer; the mixed pour depressant can improve depressant effects. The temperature has also an optimized value. After the amount of pour depressant reached a certain value, the variation of flow properties tends to smooth and approaches to a limit.
