二甘醇油酸酯乳化剂的合成及应用

摘要 研究了在无硼酸保护的条件下 ,分别以硫酸、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成二甘醇油酸酯的方法 ,着重考察了摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂种类对酯含量的影响及乳化重油燃烧热值变化范围。结果表明 ,选择合适的摩尔比对提高酯含量具有显著作用 ,控制水的加入量可保证一定的热值。当硫酸为催化剂 ,n(油酸 )∶n(二甘醇 )=3∶1,反应温度为 80℃ ,反应时间为 3.5h ,其最高酯含量可达 83.4%。合成的乳化剂进行乳化实验 ,制得的乳化重油可稳定 In this paper, we synthesized diethylene glycol oleate without the protection of boric acid by using sulfuric acid and p -toluenesulfonic acid as the catalysts respectively. And the effects of different molar rates, reaction times, reaction temperatures and catalysts to the content of ester and the burning heat of the emulsified heavy oil were investigated. As a result, the appropriate molar ration of the reactant can improve the content of ester, while the control of added water surely keeps the heat. When the sulfuric acid was used as the catalyst, the n (oleic acid)∶ n (diethylene glycol) =3∶1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, and reaction time is 3.5 h, the maximal content of ester in the product is 83.4%. The synthesized emulsifier was tested by emulsification, the result shows that the obtained emulsified heavy oil can be stable above 15 d.
