摘要
利用一个实际案例对VE技术的应用作了较为详细的论述。对产品进行了功能分析及评价 ,在求功能评价系数时 ,由设计单位、生产单位及VE专家联合打分 ,保证了功能评价的可靠度。在进行功能评价时运用了归一打分法 ,对各功能单元的功能重要度做了较为细致的区分。在对产品各组成部分进行了详尽的功能分析并确定无不足功能后 ,运用最合适区域法选择了最终VE对象。在确定田中系数时 ,采用了试选法。最后利用台尔非法进行了新方案的创造 。
The article discussed the application of VE technology in detail by taking an actual example case. It analyzed and evaluated the products. The functional evaluation coefficient was calculated by the design department, manufacturer and the experts of VE, therefore the reliability is ensured. The Inductive Grading Method was used to evaluate the function. The importance of each function was classified carefully. After analyzing each part of the product, and assuring its reliability , the final VE object has been selected by using the most suitable region method.The trying selecting method has been used when determining evaluation coefficient. Finally, by using Delphi method, new design was created and the practically improving plan was formulated.
