摘要
介绍一种非接触式的激光数字化位移测量仪 ,此测量仪用于模具的数控仿型加工系统中的探测头。同接触式的测量仪相比 ,该测量仪不仅降低了对仿型模具材料的限制 ,而且能够提高仿型机床对复杂模具的加工能力。激光数字化位移测量仪是基于光学三角测量原理、CCD光电转换技术及单片机原理开发设计出来的。该测量仪充分利用单片机数字化系统来完成CCD输出位置的检测、测量数据的非线性修正及测量值的输出 ,不仅结构简单 ,而且保证提供了位置信息的实时性。实验表明 ,该测量仪在± 10mm的测量范围内 ,精度可达到 0 .0
A non-contact laser digitizer is researched and designed. It is a detector in NC copying machine. Compared with the contact position-sensing apparatus, this detector can not only relax restriction on copying model material, but also improves the ability that copying machine processes the complicated pattern. Based on the principle of optical triangulation, CCD photoelectric conversion technique and principle of single chip microcomputer, the laser digital position detector is designed and made. It makes full use of chip microprocessor digitizing system to complete the sample of the location messages on the CCD, to correct the non-linear measured data and output of the measuring results. Not only is its structure simple, but also it ensures that the location messages is transmitted in real time. The experiment shows that the accuracy of the detector within the measuring range of ±10 mm is 0.02 mm.
