管道式电动机多级离心泵水平增压注水机组

新型管道式电动机多级离心泵水平增压注水机组由管道式电动机、多级离心泵、电缆、控制屏和变压器组成 ,其中管道式电动机是自行研制的关键部件 ,主要由定子系统、转子系统、止推轴承、油润滑系统、保护器系统、环形流道系统和上下接头组成。胜利采油厂二矿2 2 2 1井应用该机组注水的实例表明 ,当管道电动机功率选 4 5kW ,机组进口压力为 12 4MPa时 ,机组出口压力可达 2 4 1MPa ,增压效果明显 ,且日常运转无漏失 ,安全可靠 ,不需要维护 ,具有独特的优势 ,但该机组耗电量比柱塞泵大。

Rodless Pump Company of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau develops a new boosting waterflooding system. This new waterflooding system is comprised of pipeline motor, multiple stage centrifugal pump, cable, control screen and transformer. The design features of the key component, the pipeline, are analyzed. The new system was put into use in Shengli Oil Production Plant. When the power of the motor was 45kW and the inlet pressure of the system was 12.4MPa, the pressure output of the system reached 24.1MPa. The system operated safely and reliably.
