摘要
叙述了应用计算机网络技术优化输油参数,提高输油系统效率的技术方法、实施步骤,分析了输油参数与输油系统效率之间的变化规律。通过编制的计算机软件来优化输油参数,进而提高输油系统效率。
The technology and method to increase the transportation efficiency of crude oil pipeline by computer network to optimize the process parameters in Yihe Multipurpose Station-Initial Station Pipeline section of Shengli Oilfield are described. This φ273×7 mm pipeline is 15 km long with a capacity of 55 m3/h. The variation law between the process parameters and transportation efficiency of pipeline system is analyzed. The transportation parameters optimization based on the real time collected data about the pressure,temperature and flow rate of the initial and terminal stations is carried out. The authors consider that this optimizing method is very useful to increase the transportation efficiency of pipeline system and benefits to the energy saving and safe operation of the pipeline.
