一种用于油罐液位测量的位移式方法

A Displacement Measuring Method to Deal with the Liquid Level of Oil Tank

鉴于原有的油罐液位测量方式存在工作效率和精度低的问题,提出了一种新的测量方法。这种测量方法将液位高度转换成电容传感器的移动距离,通过判断传感器的位置和检测电容值的变化量来计算罐内液位高度。介绍了新测量方法中的控制系统构成和工作原理,以及测量误差及其修正方法。

Whereas the old measuring methods of liquid level used in oil tank have disadvantages on efficiency and precision,a new measuring method is presented in this paper. After transforming liquid level to displacement of capacitive transducer and judging location of transducer and detecting variety of capacitance, level of liquid in oil tank could be obtained via computation. The structure of control system,principle of this method,error of measurement and its correction are introduced.
