摘要
研制了新型稀土 -钢纤维汽车刹车片 ,比较了两种炭素材料不同加入量对稀土 -钢纤维汽车刹车片性能的影响 ,得出结果表明 :炭素材料的加入量有一个最佳值 ,在此范围内制得的稀土 -钢纤维汽车刹车片常温下冲击强度最大。
New rare earth-steel fiber brakes were developed in this study.The effects of different amount of carbon materials on the performance of rare earth-steel fiber brake were compared.It was concluded that there is a optimal range of amount of carbon material in rare earth-steel brake.With the carbon material amount in the optimal range,the brake has the best impact intensity at nomal temperature and has a steady characters of frition and wear under isothermal condition.
