新型电热膜银电极的研制

PREPARATION OF NEW ELECTROTHERMAL SILVER OXIDE FILM

本文通过对比三种不同方法所制电热膜银电极的性能 ,得到最佳制备工艺并成功制得电热膜银电极。通过将该电热膜银电极应用于定向加热器发现 ,与普通电加热器性能相比较 ,该银电极电热膜加热器的全波长比辐射率高 ,热辐射转化率高 ,热效率高 ,能显著节约能源 ,而且具有较高的热稳定性。

In this paper,an optimized process for preparation of silver electrode of deectrothermal film was obtained by comparison of properties prepared by three different processes, and a silver electrode of electrothermal film was successfully prepared according to the optimized process. Afterwards the silver electrode of electrothermal film was applied to the directional heater. Compared with the normal directional heater, the one with silver electrode has higher specific radiance in full waves, higher conversion of thermal radiance, higher thermal efficiency and hence can obviously save energy source.Moreover,it has a higher thermal stability.
