介绍对S型元件挤出性能所做的大量的实验验证,并与常规螺纹元件作比较分析,以考察所研制的S型元件是否达到预期的目的.

In order to verify theoretical analysis of flow field of 'S' element, a lot of experiments are carried out. The experimental results conform to theoretical analysis. Theoretical analysis and experiments indicate that the 'S' element is endowed with better mixing ability than that of conventional flight element,but its energy consumption and tempera ture increase are not obvious.
