妥泰对戊四氮诱导慢性癫痫大鼠行为和脑电的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨妥泰 (TPM)的抗癫痫作用及作用时间点。方法 :采用戊四氮 (PTZ)制备大鼠慢性癫痫模型 ,利用妥泰加以干扰 ,选取不同的时间点 ,观察癫痫大鼠行为学及脑电的变化。结果 :TPM +PTZ组大鼠的行为变化与PTZ组在前 10、2 0天差异无显著性意义 ,在 4周后差异具显著性意义 ;两组脑电波形无差别。结论 :妥泰对化学药品 (PTZ)诱导的癫痫有抑制作用 ,但其作用在持续应用 4周后才出现。 Objective: To explore the antiepileptic role of Topiramate(TPM) and the time-point in actions.Methods: Models of chronic epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol were established and interactted by TPM, as well as the changes of behavior and EEG at different time-points were observed in rats.Results: There are no difference in behavior between group PTZ and TPM+PTZ after 10,20days,but are significant difference after 4 weeks.Conclusion: TPM has antiepileptic role in epileptic rats induced by Chemical(such as PTZ),but the role occured after 4 weeks.
