摘要
目的 :研究圆盖阴石蕨的化学成分。方法 :用甲醇提取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离 ,IR、MS、1H NMR、13 C NMR等方法确定圆盖阴石蕨化合物结构。结果 :分离得到 6个化合物 ,分别为 4 甲酰基羽扇豆酮、木栓酮、3,15 木栓二醇、十八碳酸、三油酸甘油酯和豆甾醇。结论 :这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离获得。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituentes of the plant of humata tyermanni moore .Methods: The compounds were separated with chromatographic technology and their structures elucidated with IR,MS, 1H-NMR and 13 CNMR.Results: Six compounds were isolated from the plant,and they were indenlified as 4-formyl lupenone,friedelin,15-hydroxy friedelan,stearic acid,trioleic glyceride and stigmasterol.Conclusion: These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
