1221例温州市老年人血压分类及其与临床心电图诊断类型的关系

Association between blood pressure level and clinical electrocardiogram findings in the elderly of Wenzhou city

目的 :研究温州市部分老年人的血压 (BP)水平及其与临床心电图 (ECG)类型的关系。方法 :抽样调查了温州市 6 0岁以上的男女共 12 2 1例 ,计算各个类型高血压的患病率 ,并分析不同血压水平的临床心电图表现。结果 :①被调查的老年人高血压患病率为 5 3.48% ,不同性别的老年人高血压患病率差异无显著性意义。②随着血压的增高 ,异常心电图表现如ST T改变 ,左室肥厚或高电压 ,u波改变等发生率也显著升高。结论 :随着血压的升高 ,临床心电图异常发生率显著升高。

Objective: To ascertain the relation of blood pressure level with clinical electrocardiogram(ECG) findings in the elderly of Wenzhou city.Methods: A sampling survey was performed in 1221 people of both sexes aged over 60 from Wenzhou city. Hypertension prevalence and relationships of blood pressure classification to clinical ECG findings were analyzed.Results: ①Hypertension prevalence was 53.48% in both sexes. There was no significant difference between male and female.②With the increase of blood pressure,findings of abnormal ECG such as left ventricular hypertrophy,high voltage of left ventricule,ST-T changes,U wave changes increased remarkably.Conclusion: There was significant correlation between abnormal ECG findings and the increase of blood pressure.
