沙角A电厂300MW机组协调控制系统投运剖析

Commissioning analysis of 300 MW unit coordinated control system in Shajiao A Power Station

对沙角A电厂 4号机 30 0MW机组协调控制系统所存在的问题进行剖析 ,并提出了投运的解决办法。通过设备改造和WDPF分散控制系统自动调节逻辑、顺控逻辑、联锁和保护逻辑的优化 ,使国产引进型 30 0MW机组实现了自动控制。优化结果表明 :通过对机组的特性研究 ,进行合理的改造、维护是非常必要的 。

The problems of Unit 4 (300 MW) coordinated control system in Shajiao A Power Station are dealt with and solution of commissioning presented. Automatic control of the Chinese made imported type 300 MW unit was realized by transforming apparatus and optimizing the automatic control, sequence control, interlock and protection logic of WDPF distributed control system. Optimization results show the necessity and feasibility of rational transformation and maintenance based on performance study of units.
