摘要
黄埔发电厂 4台N12 5机组参加电网调峰运行 ,但因省网峰谷差大 ,常出现炉管拉裂泄漏及前轴承振动超过容许值等问题 ,原调峰方式已无法满足系统要求 ,严重影响机组的经济效益和社会效益 ,为此 ,尝试采用机组两班制启、停调峰运行的新方式 ,因此 ,介绍这种新运行方式的技术措施及操作时应注意的事项。运行实践证明 ,这种新的启、停调峰运行方式满足系统要求 。
Owing to great peak to valley value of power grid,the four peaking N125 units in Huangpu Power Plant experienced frequent breakage in the superheater tubes and superstandard vibration in the fore bearing. Therefore,the two shift on/off peaking system was adopted. This paper describes the key technological points and matters needing attention of the new mode. Practice shows that the two shift peaking system can meet the system demands and improve the safety and economics of the units.
