摘要
对六角切圆燃烧锅炉炉内气流的旋转特性进行了数值模拟,将上层燃烧器一、二次风改为同心双切圆布置形式,突出燃烧器出口区域的研究,并与四角锅炉进行对比。研究表明,六角锅炉炉内气流旋转较四角锅炉弱,改进后明显增强,炉膛角部出现的二次旋涡也有所减弱。
For six-corner tangentially fired boiler,numerical simulation is conducted to study gas-flow rotation characteristics in furnace.The arrangement of primary air and secondary air at top burners is retrofit homocentric double tangential circle, the investigation of burner region is stand out,and be compared with four-corner fired boiler.Study shows that gas-flow rotation in the former is fainter than that of the later.After the retrofit,it is reinforced remarkably,and secondary vortex appearing at the corner has been weakened.
