A New Evaluating Method of Intelligent Building Performance

介绍现有的几种智能建筑评价方法 ,分析建筑物品质评价的必要性 ,引入建筑智商的概念 ,提出一种新的智能建筑智能品质评价方法———建筑智商评价法及其计算公式 ,讨论其特点及算法。

Some evaluation methods of intelligent building, which have been applied, are introduced in this paper, a new method of the rating intelligent building is worked out. Having coined the term `building IQ ', the performances of intelligent buildings are evaluated and the formula of evaluation is formulated, which is based on the building IQ . And its methodology, features and realization are discussed.
