摘要
通过对152例不同临床心功能等级的风心二狭患者左、右心室收缩情况在二维超声心动图改变的分析。在灰色关联分析和模糊聚类分析的基础上,建立了灰色聚类分析数学模型;并将所有受试样本分为四类,经组内回代表明:其结果与常规临床心功能评价结果基本相符,优于传统聚类分析结果,而且本模型计算简便,对数据无特殊要求,有可能成为研究数据空间分布规律的一种新方法。
This Paper deals with an analysis on the changes of the left and right ventricular contractilily in one hundred and fifty two patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis and various grades of cardiac function assessed clinically. On grey relationship and fuzzy cluster analysis, a grey cluster mathematical model was built up. All objects studied were classified into four groups. Re—examination of the original samples proved that these results corresponded essentially with the clinical evaluation of cardiac function and were more satisfactory than those obtained by traditional cluster analysis. The model could be calculated simply and conveniently, without special demands for the data,and might become a new method for studing the laws of spatial distribution of data.
