集散控制系统在焊接热处理设备中的应用

Application of DCS in Hot Proceeding Equipment in Weld

根据焊接热处理过程的需要,本文给出了集散式热处理设备的设计方案,从系统运行可靠性设计出发,提出“双机热备”和“内、外电子狗”的可靠性措施,对其它集散控制系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。

As the requirement of hot proceeding in weld,the equipment of hot proceeding based on DCS is de -sig ned in this paper.From the reliability of hot proceeding equipment,the reliability of the dual module on-line backup and the inside and outside electronic dog is put forward.This will be helpful to other DCS de -sig n.
