摘要
白内障术后眼压升高首先见于用α-糜蛋白酶断带的白内障囊内摘出术。但Spae-th 提出通常在一个无并发症的白内障手术后眼压反应为暂时性眼压升高,这种眼压升高与手术方法无关。以往认为无并发症白内障术后眼压趋于下降,系指术后远期而言,并未注意观察术后第一周的情况。为此我们观察了39例50眼白内障术后一周的眼压变化情况。
Using the Pulsair non-contact tonometer we observed the IOP changes of 39 cases(50 eyes)noncomplicated cataract extraction pati-ents within one week after operation.We found that eighty percentof those cases the IOP rose over 2.9 KPa (22mmHg)at the first threedays.The Highest one being reached to3.5KPa(33mmHg)and all weredown below to 2.7 KPa(21mmHg)four days latter.The causes of tem-poray ocular hypertension after cataract extraction and the probableharfullness to the operated eyes were discussed.Pointed out that theattention should be paid to efficient control of IOP in postoperativeperiod for those cataract patients complicated with glaucoma especi-ally those with obvious optic damage,as to avoid further impairmentto visual functions.
