摘要
在介绍自动测试系统发展历史的基础上,重点阐述了虚拟仪器的软硬件结构和关键技术,重点介绍了软件实现方法。
In this paper, the author introduces the history of the development of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). The author expatiates the hardware and software architecture of virtual instrument (VI), and the key technology in detail. Also the author puts the emphasis on the means of software.
