摘要
对于眼科的内眼手术,如白内障摘除术、人工晶体植入术和青光眼手术等,适度的低眼压可以使手术操作安全,减少术中并发症。甘露醇是眼科手术前常用的降压药,现将我们动态观察甘露醇降压的13只眼的结果报告如下。
The intraocular pressure(IOP)course after mannitol drip phleboclysis was observed consecutively on 13 cataractous eyes preoper-atively,with significant lowering of the IOP.The IOP Was reducedrapidly,the average changes were found to be 6 mmHg lower in theIOP after injecting 20-30 minutes.The low IOP lasted about 75 minu-tes.Mannitol is safe,has not influence over blood pressure,but mustbe care of injection speed for angiocardiopathy patient.Diurese ofmannitol is dear,the first urination occur with in 45 minutes.
