摘要
早年的研究已经注意到青光眼早期改变中盘檐的变化,而盘檐中比较早期而重要的变化是颞侧上下方盘檐的变化。Teal 和Bengtsson 通过照相法的研究表明,正常人视盘大小是易变的,因而杯盘比也是易变的,而盘沿面积(NRA)则相当恒定。新近,国外一些学者开始NRA 测定的研究认为:在区别正常人与早期青光眼中,NRA是一种比较传统的杯盘比值(C/D)测定更为敏感的方法。
The corrected rim areas of 100 eyes were determined with applicati-on of computer image processing technique.The mean value of rimarea of 22 normal eyes was found to be 1.9759±0.1932mm,while inPOAG was 1.6287±0.2861mm.Hence,it statistically significant.Therewas no significance between the mean value of suspicious glaucomaand the normal subjects,but with the tendency of declining.More-over,the glaucoma at its early and middle stages was compared in itsvaluc of rim area,resulting in significant difference.This method may give more valuable message to help the cliniciansto make their better evaluation of optic nerve head.
