摘要
1989年9月至1996年10月,对75例病变超过10cm的食管癌患者行外科治疗。手术切除率96.0%(72/75),术后并发症发生率13.3%(10/75),死亡率1.33%(1/75)。1、3、5年生存率分别为81.7%(49/60)、37.1%(13/35)、28.6%(4/14)。讨论了如何提高长段食管癌切除率及影响生存率的主要因素。说明了食管癌外科治疗的意义。
Seventy-five patients of esophageal carcinoma each with lesions longer than 10cm underwent surgical resection from September, 1989 to October, 1996. The resection rates were 96.0% (72/75), incidences of complication after surgery 13.3% (10/75), moralities 1.33% (1/75). 1, 3, 5-year surviual rates after surgery were 81.7% (49/60), 37.1% (13/35) and 28.65% (4/14) respectively. Ways to increase resection rates of long-section esophageal carcinoma as well as mam factors influencing survival rates are discussed, the effect of surgical treatment of esophageal carcinoma is confirmed.
