针刺对健康人血浆胃动素分泌的影响

The Influence of Acupuncture on the Secretion of Motilin in Healthy Humans

本文以２０例健康人进行针刺足阳明胃经穴试验，分成天枢组（天枢、关元穴）、巨虚组（上、下巨虚穴），观察针刺前、中、后对其血浆胃动素（ＭＴＬ）分泌的影响，并与１０例健康人在同一时间内空腹血浆ＭＴＬ水平的自然波动作对照。结果表明，对照组在１５０ｍｉｎ内先后６次血浆ＭＴＬ水平波动甚微，平均值范围为１３６～１４６ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ。而针刺的两组在针刺后其血浆ＭＴＬ含量均值均显著高于针刺前，各Ｐ＜０．０５。针刺后血浆ＭＴＬ开始升高的时间，天枢组与巨虚组分别为３０ｍｉｎ、６０ｍｉｎ；高峰时间分别为１２０ｍｉｎ、９０ｍｉｎ；平均峰值分别为１７７．２４±２５．５１ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ、１６４．６５±２６．４０ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ。起针后观察６０ｍｉｎ，其血浆ＭＴＬ水平仍明显高于针刺前水平。观察针刺对血浆ＭＴＬ分泌的影响，对探索针刺对胃肠调整作用的机理具有重要价值。

Twenty healthy volunteers acupunctured along stomach channel of FootYang ming were divided into 2 groups(each n=10):group T(on the points of Tien Chu and Kuan Yuan), group C(on the points of Shang Chu Shu and Hsia Chu Shu). Control group(without acupuncture,n=10). The changes of plasma motilin levels in T and C groups before , during and after acupuncture were observed respectively, and meanwhile compared with the natural changes of plasma motilin in control group. The results showed that the motilin changes in T and C groups after acupuncture were much higher than that before acupuncture (P<0.05 respectively) , while the concentration tested 6 times in 150 min in control group had little change (136～146 pmol/L). The motilin levels started to rise at 30th min in T group and at 60th min in C group , and the peak values time was 120 min in T group and 90min in C group; and the mean peak value levels were 177. 24±25.51 pmol/L and 164. 65±26. 40 pmol/L respectively. The plasma motilin levels in 60 min after stopping acupuncture were higher than that before acupuncture. The study provide a valuable reference for probing the adjusting mechanism of acupuncture on gastrointestinal functions
