老年男性肝癌存在c－myc和p53基因过量表达

The Overexpression of c-myc and p53 Gene in Hepatocerllular Carcinoma from Elderly Male Patients

本实验应用免疫组织化学（ＡＢＣ法）对８例石蜡包埋老年男性肝癌和癌旁组织的ｐ６２ｃ－ｍｙｃ和ｐ５３蛋白进行了检测。结果显示，癌和癌旁组织的ｐ６２ｃ－ｍｙｃ弱阳性者６例，仅癌组织或癌旁组织阳性者各１例；癌及其癌旁组织均ｐ５３阴性者２例。说明ｃ－ｍｙｃ和ｐ５３基因的过量表达参与了老年人肝癌的发生发展过程。

Immunohistochemical technique(ABC) was used to detect the expression of p62c-myc and p53 protein in paraffin embedded tissues of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and corresponding non-tumorous liver(NT) from 8 elderly male patients. The results showed that the positive rates of p62c-myc were 6/8 in HCC and NT,1/8 only in HCC and 1/8 only in NT. The positive of p53 was 2/8 in HCC and NT. These observation suggest that the overexpression of c-myc and p53 gene may be closely associated with hepatocarcinogensis of the elderly male patient.
