渤海湾渔民消化性溃疡伴发胃炎特点的研究

Study on the Characteristics of Peptic Ulcer Accompany Chronic Gastritis in Bohai-By Fisherfolk

为进一步探讨消化性溃疡和慢性胃类之间的相互关系，我们选择消化性溃疡多发区──河北省黄骅市歧口镇的渔民为对象，对经胃镜证实的２２１例典型消化性溃疡患者，通过胃镜对溃疡周围胃粘膜的直观检查及活组织病理检查进行了研究。结果证明：消化性溃疡１００％伴发慢性胃类，其中９３．１５％伴发慢性萎缩性胃炎，６．７５％伴发浅表性胃炎，无一例胃粘膜正常者，伴发胃炎者年龄偏低、女性患者相对多，消化性溃疡和伴发胃炎程度均较重。这些渔民消化性溃疡患者伴发胃炎的特点与渔民特殊生活、饮食习惯有关。

To demonstrate the chracteristics of the peptic ulcer accompany chronic gastritis in Bohai-By fisherfolk and of tliese differance from inland. From Dec. 1991 to Jan. 1994 were studied 221 cases of the peptic ulcer accompany chronic gastritis provided through fibrogastroscopy in Bohai-By fisherfolk with following Methods: Asking their disease history ,lift habit and physical examination in detail,fibrogastro scopy and pathologiclal examination.results shown thah 221 cases of peptic ulcer was accompany entirly chronic gastritis(100%): 68 cases (93, 15%)chronic atrophic gastritis and 5 cases ( 6. 85%)chronic superficial gastritis was founded throiigh pathological examination in the 73 cases. accompanied the chronic gastritis was most at gastric antrum,age of the patients was little,Woman of patients was more,light atrophy had 35 cases(51. 74%),modrate atrophy had 27 cases(39. 70%),severe atrophy had 6 cases(8. 28%)and modrate plus severe atrophy had all 33 cases(48. 52%). Up to now , some question ofthepeptic ulcer accompany chronic gastritis have not been report in the domestic literature.This paper,characteristic of the peptic ulcer accompany chronic gastritis were supply initially some material at Bohai-By fisherfolk. Which of theses seems to be relationship with specific living environments and life habit of Bohai-By fisherfolk. Although these studied have not been all question of the peptic ulcer accompany,bu,,suggest a beneficial matiral for the trentment of peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis at on thim and causality ofthe peptic ulceraccompany chronic gastritis for further Study.
