漏诊和误诊原发性胆囊癌的分析

Missed Diagnosis and Misdiagnosis Of Primary Carcinoma of Gallbladder

报告经手术和病理检查证实漏诊、误诊原发性胆囊癌27例。临床上,早期胆囊癌与胆囊炎、胆囊结石及胆囊息肉样病变不易鉴别。原因是该病没有特异症状,某些伴发病对诊断的干扰,诊断方法选用不当和缺乏敏感的检测工具。并对早期诊断胆囊癌的有关问题进行了讨论。

Twenty-seven patients with missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of carcinoma of gallbladder were confirmed by operation and pathological examination. It is difficult in clinic to make a differential di- agnosis between early gallbladder cancer and cholecystitis,cholelithiasis, as well as polypoid lesions of the gallbladder. The major causes are lack of special symptoms,associated diseases interfering with di- agnosis, inappropriate diagnostic methods and shortage of sensitive instruments with high--resolving power. Other problems concerning early diagnosis of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder are discussed as well.
