摘要
选择性经皮肝穿刺胆管、胆囊造影术(S-PTC)25例,术前均行经皮肝穿刺胆道造影术(PTC)。其中,10例行选择性左肝管穿刺造影;15例行选择性胆囊穿刺造影。并就S-PTC操作方法和临床意义进行了介绍和讨论。
Twenty five ew of selective Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (s--PTC)are re- ported in this peper. Preoperative percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC)were performed in all cases. Among them,selective left hepatic cholangiography was performed in 10 cases and selective cholecystography in 15 cases. The operative technique and clinical significance of s--PTC were intro- duced and discussed.
