纤维光导胆道镜的临床应用——(附47例分析)

Clinical Application of Fibreoptic Choledochoscope (With an Analysis of 47 Cases)

应用纤维光导胆道镜检查及治疗47例胆结石患者。其中,经T形管窦道插入者45例;经胆管空肠盲袢窦道进入2例。用取石网取石28例;用胆镜本身结石推入十二指肠4例;用钳咬碎结石后取石8例;用取石网将结石带至胆总管中上段后再用取石钳取出7例。并就胆镜使用方法及注意事项进行了讨论。

Forty seven patients with postoperative retained gallstones were examined and treated using fibre- optic choledochoscope. Among them, 45 patients were with the choledochoscope inserted through T-tube sinus tract and 2 were with that through the access loop of biliary jejunal anastomosis. The stones were extracted with basket in 28 patients,pushed into the duodenum with the choledochoscope in 4,extracted after being crushed with pliers in 8 and extracted with forceps after being carried to the upper or middle segment of the common bile duct with basket in 7. The manipulation and notes on using a choledocho- scope were discussed.
