Direct Measurement of Sinoatrial Conduction Time by Sinus Node Electrography (An Analysis of 7 Cases)

报告了用窦房结电图直接测定窦房传导时间7例。其中,5例窦房结功能正常,SACTd<120ms;1例病窦综合征,SACTd180ms;1例存在第1度房室传导阻滞,其SACTd不能准确测量。介绍了测定方法,并对窦房结电图的应用价值和记录技术进行了讨论。

The method of directly measuring sinoatrial conduction time (SACTd)by sinus node electrogra- phy was intoduced in this study. of seven cases, 5 with normal sitnlls node function had a normalS- ACTd less then 120 ms, 1 case with sik sinus syndrome had a prolonged SACTd(180 ms)and 1 case with first--degree atrioventricular block the SACTd could not be measured correctly. The clinical val- ue and recording technique of sinus node electrogram were discussed.
