输卵管吻合术的探讨(附140例报告)

An Approach to Salpingostomy (with a Report of 140 Cases)

报告输卵管吻合术140例,并做了随访。年龄为21～40岁,平均年龄为30.2岁。绝育术后至吻合时间最短3个月,最长11年,平均5.1年。吻合术后均经2～3个月经周期的通液检查,通畅138例,占98.6％。宫内妊娠一年内为77％;二年内为81.3％;三年内为89.9％。无宫外孕。并对留置支架、绝育方法、吻合部位与复孕的关系进行了探讨。

Salpingostomy with follow-up survey of 140 cases has been reported. The age of the patients ranged from 21 to 40,averaging 30.2,The interval between tubosterilization and saipingostomy was 3 months to 11 Years, averaging 5.1 Years. Tubal patent test by liquid instillation was done after 2 or 3 menstrual cycles postoperatively and 138 cases (accounting for 98.6%) were proved to be patent. Ir- trauterine pregnancies were attained in 77% of the patients inlyear. 81.3% in 2 Years and 89.9% in 3 years. No extrauterine pregnancy was found. The relations between the resumption of pregnancy and preservation of intratubal support,method of sterilization and the site of salpingostomy hsve been discussed.
