涎腺肿瘤细胞核DNA定量分析

摘要 应用流式细胞术对91例涎腺肿瘤进行核 DNA 定量分析,初步探讨核 DNA 倍体水平、细胞增殖活动与涎腺肿瘤病理类型及恶性程度之间的关系。发现核 DNA 倍体与病理类型无关。异倍体肿瘤细胞 DNA 合成旺盛、分裂增殖活跃。DNA 倍体水平和细胞增殖活动随肿瘤恶性度增加而增加。本文还提出了依据核 DNA 含量定性诊断的临界值。 Quantitative analysis of nuclear DNA in ninety one cases of salivary tumor was made by flow cy- tometry to study the relation of the level of DNA ploidy and proliferative activity to the pathological type and degree of malignancy.The results showed that the ratio of aneuploid/polyploid tumor(A/PT) was 47% in benign tumors and 81% in malignant tumors.The nucler DNA ploidy bore no relation with the pathological type but was closely related to the proliferative characteristics of tumor cells.The higher the ploidy of nuclei DNA,the more active the DNA ploidy and proliferative activity of tumor ceils increased with increase of degree of malignancy.The critical value of qualitative diagnosis accord- ing to nuclear DNA content has been proposed.
