摘要
报道1973～1989年间烧伤死亡病例432例。其中,全身侵袭性感染253例(58.57%);内脏并发症94例(21.76%);休克41例(9.49%);吸入性损伤34例(7.87%);其它10例(2.31%)。并就其死因相互关系及其预防进行了初步讨论。
Four thousand and twenty nine patients with burn were admitted to our hospital from Jan.1973 to Dec.1989.of them,253 (58.57%) were complicated with invasive systemic infection,94 (21. 76%) severe organ complications,41 (9.49%) burn shock,34 (7.87%) aspiration injury,and 10 (2. 31%)were with other complications.A preliminary discussion on the correlation among the caused of death and their prophylaxis was made.
