大鼠海马内注射6-OHDA对学习记忆的影响

摘要 本文于大鼠两侧背海马注射6-OHDA,损毁其中去甲肾上腺素能纤维,研究肾上腺素能末梢在穿梭箱条件回避行为获得和保持中的作用。结果:(1)海马中去甲肾上腺素的含量显著减少(P<0.01);(2)条件回避行为的获得受到损害;(3)加压素易化条件回避行为的效应被阻断。提示:海马中去甲肾上腺素能末梢在穿梭箱条件回避行为的学习和记忆中起重要的作用,并参与加压素对记忆过程的调节。 The role of intrahippocampal adrenergic terminals in the acquisition and maintenance of shuttle-box conditioned avoidance behavior was investigated with dorsal hippocampal injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine(6-OHDA) to injure the noradrenergic fibers. Results showed that:(1)6-OHDA decreased the content of noradrenaline in the hippocampus(P<0.01):(2)The acquisition of conditioned avoidance behavior was remarkably impaired when 6-OHDA was injected into the hippocampus;(3)The ef- fect of AVP facilitating conditioned avoidance behavior was prevented with prior bilateral hippocampal injection of 6-OHDA. The data suggested that noradrinergic terminals in the hippocampus played an important role in the learning ahd memory of shuttle-box conditioned avoidance behavior and were involved in the modulative effect of AVP on memory processes.
